Carla Mitchell - Wedding Coordinator
Having worked within the hospitality and wedding industry for the last 3 years, Carla has a wealth of both knowledge and experience at her disposal with over 200 weddings organised.
Her degree in Events Management and Business was the foundation upon which her career began; with wedding planning always being her dream job.
She approaches her work with such passion and care, ensuring that no detail will be overlooked on your big day;- no matter how small it may seem – every detail will be handled with perfection.

Sakis Dinas - General Manager
Sakis has been employed within the hotel business for well over 22 years having vast experience and an unbelievable understanding of the industry.
Originally from Greece, Sakis has also had the opportunity of living and working in both Germany and Switzerland before settling here in the UK and calling it home.
During his career, he has experienced various roles from Food and Beverage Service Manager to Restaurant Manager before securing roles as an Assistant Manager and finally, that of General Manager.
His extensive expertise ensures that Charlton House runs perfectly and with the support of his experienced and efficient team, our staff will provide you with the ideal venue for your big day.
Michael Raymond Sharp - Head Chef
Michael began his career in hospitality at a very early age, having been raised in the catering industry by his parents who successfully ran several pubs and inns. After finishing school, he pursued his dream of becoming a chef by commencing an apprenticeship for 5 days per week and studying at College.
He has developed and progressed his way through the hospitality business from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef and now resides as our Head Chef here at Charlton House.
His eye for detail, amazing palate and open-minded approach to food has resulted in our expertly crafted menus, using only the finest locally sourced produce, to deliver an exceptional dining experience with an enviable reputation.
