SHARPHAM PARK RESTAURANT MENUS

Our dinner and lunch menus change on a regular basis, but
we have included a selection below for you to view.
In compiling the menus, we have enjoyed using
many ingredients from Roger Saul's farm, Sharpham Park,
in conjunction with the finest local produce to complement
flavour combinations from farther afield.
Sharpham Park practises in Organic Farming and Rare Breed
Produce, including White Park Beef, Manx Loghtan and Hebridean
Sheep. The farm also produces Spelt which is a distant cousin
of wheat but with a lower gluten content.
The dishes you will experience have been composed to incorporate
balanced garnishes and some may contain nuts or derivatives
of nuts. For those with a more hearty appetite, additional
vegetables and potatoes may also be ordered.
