I have the correct professional insurance for exhibiting at wedding fairs, including, but not limited to public liability, professional indemnity, and event cancellation, and can provide proof of this prior to the event
I understand that a health and safety declaration will need to be signed and a risk assessment of my stand carried out prior to the event
I am happy to receive emails from Charlton House and its parent company on subjects ranging from safety to cross-marketing
I can appreciate that setting up and closing down my stand will distract attendees and will make such arrangements outside operational hours
I recognise that this form is for bookings, not enquiries, and will pay a 30% deposit no more than 24 hours from receipt of an invoice
