Our Pilates partner, Gina Ann, brings a democratic and clearly sequenced teaching style that focuses on the interrelationship between mental discipline, flexibility, and physical strength. Through the course of her sessions you will see improvements in your core strength and general dexterity. You'll feel a tangible sense of repose, aligning the movement of your limbs with your inhalations of breath.
